Online school timetables

Set up your school once, then build and share the timetables of every academic year.

A timetable often changes during the year, and every paper version then has to be handed out again. With Zaame, an online school management software, timetables are part of how the school is organised: they build on the classes, subjects and teachers you have already recorded.

An organisation set up only once

You describe your school once, then manage each academic year without starting from scratch.

  • Academic years, terms and cycles
  • Classes, subjects and rooms
  • Teachers linked to their classes

Timetables per class and per teacher

Each timetable shows the week’s lessons as a grid, by day and by time slot. You can draw it up for a class and view it for a teacher. Breaks have their place too, with their own label and no subject or lesson attached.

A document ready to print

The timetable can be printed from the application: handy for displaying in a classroom or giving to teachers and families. The same platform stays available on computer, tablet and phone.

Lessons connected to daily class life

The timetable is more than a table. Lessons and each class’s history are kept, and teachers use lessons to take the register, share materials and publish homework. Depending on the plan, a lesson can also take place live with Google Meet.

Going further

Once lessons are in place, you can follow each student’s absences and lateness. The full list is on the features page.
