A cash book, scattered receipts and reminders made from memory: school fee management quickly becomes hard to follow as a school grows. Zaame brings all payment tracking into its school management software, month by month, student by student and family by family.

Clear tracking, month by month

For each month, you can see what is due, what has been paid and what is left to pay. Part payments are taken into account and a receipt can be given to the family.

Accounts by family

When a parent has several children enrolled, Zaame groups their fees into a single monthly amount, calculated and editable. A sibling discount can apply. The account statement and the receipt are made out to the parent, so there is no need to juggle several records.

Overdue reminders in one click

When a month has not yet been paid, one click is enough to alert the families concerned, by notification and by email. Reminders remain your decision: nothing is sent unless you act.

Online payment for parents

Depending on the country, parents can pay by bank card or Mobile Money from their space. Funds go directly to the school’s account, with no commission taken by Zaame. Any fees from the payment provider remain those of your contract with them.
