🔹 1. What is Zaame?
Zaame is an online school management platform (SaaS) that allows institutions to manage students, teachers, secretaries, parents, payments, grades, communication, schedules, documents, and more.
🔹 2. Who is Zaame for?
Zaame is designed for:
👉 Educational institutions and training centers
👉 Administrators and secretaries
👉 Teachers
👉 Students and parents (via secure access)
🔹 3. Can students or teachers create their own accounts?
No. Only the institution can create accounts.
Each user (student, teacher, parent, etc.) receives:
👉 A username
👉 A password, provided by the institution.
👉 In case of a forgotten password, the user must contact the institution directly, as they are responsible for resets.
No automatic reset links are sent via email or SMS.
🔹 4. How can an institution sign up?
Go to zaame.com → Click "Sign Up".
Information required:
- Name of the institution
- Country, City
- Name of the owner or manager
Email address
📩 The password will be sent to you via email.
🔹 5. Can I manage multiple institutions with a single account?
No. Each institution must create an independent account. Multi-institution management from a single login is not yet available.

Yes. You can import Excel, Word, or PDF files. Zaame’s AI automatically extracts the data for you.

Yes. Once logged in, every user can update their password within their profile settings.
🔹 9. What happens if the subscription is not paid?
Access to premium features will be suspended. Data is temporarily archived.
🔹 10. Can I export my institution's data?
Yes. An export option (CSV, Excel) is available from the administrator panel.
