School fee management
Monthly schedule, family accounts, receipts, reminders and online payment.
From grades entered by teachers to report cards published to families, without copying a single average by hand.
Working out averages by hand, copying grades from one register to another, correcting a report card that has already been printed: this is often the busiest time of the school year. In Zaame, an online school management software, grades and report cards are handled in one place, from the first test to publication to families.
Each cycle has its own report card template. The same subject can be marked out of 10 in primary school and out of 20 in secondary school, with the grading scales and coefficients of your level. If your classes do not use coefficients, the cycle can do without them and the related columns disappear.
Teachers enter grades for their own classes only, from their space. The school’s management can give each team member access limited to their section, read-only or with editing rights. Every changed grade is kept in a history, so any change can be traced.
Zaame calculates averages and ranks, suggests automatic comments, then works out the annual average and resits. Before publication, the summary table shows which students passed, qualified for resits or failed, class by class. Comments remain editable.
Report cards and transcripts are generated as PDFs, ready to print or publish online. At each publication, students and parents receive a notification and find the document in their space.
It suits schools from pre-school to secondary level as well as training centres. Attendance tracking feeds directly into the report card: see also attendance and lateness management.
