1. Purpose
These General Terms of Use (GTU) set out the terms and conditions under which BAYE Conception (the Publisher) makes the Zaame application and its website available to users (institutions, teachers, students, parents, administrative staff). Accessing and using the platform implies full acceptance of these GTU.
2. Access to the service
- Institution: access is created after signing up on the website and, where applicable, subscribing to a plan.
- Other users: accounts are created by the institution, or through its registration link, in which case the request must be approved by the institution.
- The Publisher strives to ensure access 24/7, but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure.
3. User accounts and security
- Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
- Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately to the institution’s administration.
- The Publisher is not responsible for data loss or damage resulting from lost or misused passwords.
4. Code of conduct
Users agree to:
- not use the platform to share illegal, offensive or harmful content;
- not attempt to bypass security measures or undermine the integrity of the platform;
- use the communication tools (messaging, session chat) in a respectful and professional manner.
5. Intellectual property
The Zaame application (source code, design, logos and features) is the exclusive property of BAYE Conception. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the service for the duration of their subscription or of their affiliation with an institution.
6. Limitation of liability
- Technical: the Publisher cannot be held liable for data entry errors, network malfunctions or compatibility issues with the user’s equipment.
- Content: the institution is solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data entered (grades, report cards, student records, personal information).
7. Personal data and privacy
Use of the application is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Zaame, users consent to the processing of their data in accordance with the GDPR and Moroccan personal data protection law (Law No. 09-08).
8. Changes
The Publisher reserves the right to change these GTU at any time to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
